VILLA INCIPIT

With its brutalist design and concrete exterior, the Villa Incipit is an uncompromisingly modern residence built into a hillside in Benslimane, Morocco. The architecture was inspired by the brutalist style of Brazil's 1950s and 1960s, which was designed to be "brutal" and "raw" in order to bring attention to the structural integrity of buildings.

The structure is composed of two pavilions that are connected by the living area. The interior of the residence has been left relatively bare, with only some furniture and art pieces to add color to the space.
