VILLA CARPELLE

The client's wish was to have a compact house but benefiting from great spatiality.
This house was designed in section, therefore in a continuous game of heights.

Based on two functional bars on either side of the villa, the living room is a large vertical void. This one opens onto a swimming pool which runs along the neighbor's wall, thus making it possible to ennoble the basement and make it a living garden level. The double height allows the ground floor living room to open diagonally onto the swimming pool.
